I was able to create a new email account with that typo'd address and resend the password recovery email from Hirez to it. Now I was freaking out again but luckily no one had that email address of the typo'd email.

It turns out that I had been playing the whole time and buying gems on a email address that I didn't have, yikes. I tried the email with the typo and my username and voila, it was a found combination. I noticed when I typed my email out in the field the autocomplete drop down menu would show the list of emails I've tried and one of them was my email but with a one letter missing typo. I was freaking out because I couldn't log in but I had a breakthrough. I couldn't remember my password so I tried to reset it using the password reset link but it said my email and username combo weren't found. I had this happen to me last week when I sent in a ticket. And if anyone has any other ideas as to what I can do to get this addressed, please tell me.

If this doesn't do it, I'm somewhat at a loss at how to proceed, I just want to play the game on the account I've had for the last two years, I don't think that's too much to ask. I don't want to, but it's been almost a week since I could access my account, and as far as I know, everything I've done to bring attention to it is lying unread in someone's inbox. I figure that the only way that I can make Hi-Rez respond, or at least acknowledge that I sent something in is to try and raise a fuss. I send an e-mail saying as much, and to the surprise of no one, there is no response. By yesterday, I'm downright peeved and I have to say I am extremely unimpressed with the service. I send an e-mail just asking if anyone has seen it, and guess what? No Response. By Wednesday I'm a little annoyed, because while I want my account fixed, what I want more is some sort of acknowledgement that a human has seen this. Tuesday I follow up again, I'm a little worried at this point but I figure I can be patient. Still wasn't too concerned though, I know that these things can take some time. On Monday I followed up, checking to make sure they didn't need any more information.

That was Saturday night, and I haven't heard anything else. I had heard some pretty bad stories of how Hi-Rez support can be hard to get a hold of, but I never thought much of it.Īs of right now the only response from Hi-Rez I have received is an automated response that says they got my ticket. I initially was unconcerned, submitted a help ticket and thought that it was a shame I wouldn't get to play this weekend. I have not been able to access my account since last Saturday. Honestly, my complaints about Hi-Rez are few and far between. I've bought the god pack, and even bought gems just so I could buy that sweet Ra-merica skin. I've never had a game grab me quite like Smite did. And I've played since summer of 2012, and loved every minute of it. I'll admit it, I don't really post here, but I've lurked for a long while.
